Whipped owners Nick and Erica share an interesting story of how their business got started. Several years ago while working together at a mortgage company, Nick tasted one of Erica’s famous red velvet cupcakes and an idea sparked. A few years and several business plans later they were able to make their dream a reality and share their creations with Red Bank, NJ.

The wonderful thing about Whipped is that you can enjoy breakfast any time of day. Breakfast items include a fresh fruit cup, Greek yogurt parfait, French toast, breakfast pastries, breakfast crepes and Belgian waffles. We recommend the Breakfast Waffle – a Belgian waffle infused with bacon and maple syrup, topped with two eggs any style and American cheese.

From savory to sweet, Whipped is your new home for fresh, handmade crepes on the Jersey Shore. Served with a side salad and vinaigrette dressing, Whipped savory crepes make a splendid lunch. All savory crepes are made with whole wheat batter. All deli meats used in the crepes are Boar’s Head products. Buckwheat, gluten free options are available. All sweet crepes are made with a traditional sweet batter.  Buckwheat and gluten free options are also available. Classic, s’mores, apple pie, PB&J, cheesecake and banana split are just some of the many types of sweet crepes on the menu.

Take a seat at one of their café tables to enjoy a steaming cup of freshly brewed coffee with your meal. Whipped’s barista creations go perfectly with breakfast or dessert. You’ll find their hand pressed coffee has a rich, balanced flavor. Their caffe mocha and caramel macchiato espresso drinks are heavenly. If you prefer your espresso or brewed coffee to be more refreshing, make it iced for a quarter more.
