In the coming months, we will be highlighting these happenings for our fans and shedding some light on what is going on in our own backyards. Event: Toms River Christmas Tree Lighting & Santa’s Arrival

Description:

Come on out for an unforgettable evening which features Santa Clause and the lighting of our towns Christmas tree. Enjoy a rendition of “Twas the Night Before Christmas” by Mrs. Clause and munch on some cookies and sip on some delicious hot chocolate that will be for sale. Performances by the Donovan Catholic Chorus, the Amazing V Magician, Treble Makers of Our Gang Players and Bill & Casey round out a fantastic and unforgettable experience for you and the kiddies.

Description:

Caroline Rhea will be performing a stand-up comedy act at iPlay America on December 5th at 8pm. Rhea, known for her role as Hilda Spellman in the popular TV show Sabrina the Teenage Witch, has always sought to make people laugh and during this show you are guaranteed to do just that. General tickets cost $25 per person with a two item minimum and VIP tickets are $35 with a two item minimum.

Friday, December 5th: 5:30 to 8:30. Open House at the stores, Holiday Brass Band, cookies & coffee & hot cocoa by the tree. ceremonies at the fire house. Santa arrives at 6:30 pm, Nutcracker in the Sky.
Saturday, December 6th: Pancake breakfast 9:00 to 11:30 am, then Holiday Shopping thru the town
Sunday, December 7th: A Night In Bethlehem, Live Nativity at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church.

Description:

Christkindlmarkt is a holiday market under heated tents with a food court, craft & gift vendors, hot Gluhwein and wine tasting, kiddie rides, horse drawn carriage rides, and strolling Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus. Be sure to walk through Tuckerton Seaports’ “Festival of Trees” while you are there. These are decorated trees by local nonprofit organizations.

Event: Breakfast with Santa on a Battleship

Description:

Come to Battleship New Jersey on December 6th for a chance to have breakfast with Santa Claus. He will be making an appearance to meet all of the good girls and boys who are geared up for the big day, Christmas! In addition to meeting Santa and taking a picture with him, you can also take a tour of the battleship and possibly win prizes!

Event: Ship Bottom Christmas Parade on LBI
Location: Long Beach Blvd from 5th to 25th Street

Description:

The 35th Annual Ship Bottom Christmas Parade is Saturday, December 6 at 1:00pm , the parade route is Long Beach Blvd from 5th to 25th Street. There will be homemade floats and 11 marching bands. The parade is filled with holiday spirit.

Event: Beach Haven Annual Christmas Tree Lighting
Location: LBI Historical Museum

Description:

Come out and spread some cheer at the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Join us for “12 Days of Christmas” sing-a-long and children’s story by Father Crumbaugh inside the LBI Historic Museum Those Outside will be able to participate in Veteran’s Park as a projector will stream the event live from the museum Before and after the Christmas Tree Lighting, there will be a photo booth with holiday inspired background and props, ornament craft table for the children and pictures with Santa right after the tree lighting Come and Enjoy the FREE festivities!
