Our professional open-air kitchen, friendly service, fresh fish market, and raw bar menu offer diners an authentic culinary experience. Guests will want to dine with us again as well as make the very same dish they enjoyed at Catch for themselves at home. I want to inspire a love of fresh, honest, flavorful cuisine. ”

Chef Rizzo is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has trained under celebrity Chefs Mario Batali, Daniel Boloud and Gianni Scapin. He has worked and opened restaurants in Italy, New York City, and Florida. Catch is his newest and most exciting venture, where he combines all his acquired knowledge and techniques into an exciting menu.

Succulent starters include tender baby cockles and mussels in a warm serrano and jalapeno broth; crab cakes chock full of jumbo lump crabmeat; an overflowing seafood tower; PEI mussels in spicy crazy water with arugula; sliced steak with chimichurri over crostini; and crispy calamari with citrus aioli and roasted whole prawns. For lunch and dinner create your own meal by selecting one of their fresh catches like Atlantic tuna, Chilean sea bass, bronzini, salmon or meat including a ribeye steak and tomahawk pork chop. Compliment your fish or meat by choosing from sides like roasted squash, arugula and horseradish whipped potatoes and grilled asparagus and nine signature sauces like the shallot vinaigrette, basil bernaise, lemon caper or montreal butter. The mix of flavors is endless and personal.

“All the food speaks for itself. We’re not using a ton of sauces that mask the favor of the fish,” says Chef Dominick Rizzo. “We’ve been told at the tables that the food is excellent quality, not over seasoned and perfectly showcases our dishes.”

All decadent desserts are made on-site. Candied nuts and wild berries and pecan crusted French toast with caramelized bananas and cognac whipped cream or the butter pecan ice cream and whipped cream drizzled with fresh brewed espresso end the evening on a very sweet and satisfying note.
