Popular restaurant, Hansel ‘n Griddle, arrives to Red Bank. Their made to order menu offers great prices and variety for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night.
Every town has a go-to restaurant that attracts all ages with its consistent quality and flavor. For years, Rutgers students in New Brunswick have had Hansel ‘n Griddle, and now the popular restaurant has made its way to Front Street in Red Bank. Their fun and creative, made to order menu, offers great prices, fresh ingredients, and variety. The dining destination serves up a delicious breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and late night snack. They also offer catering packages for parties of all sizes.
Ask anyone who has ever eaten at Hansel ‘n Griddle, and they will right away tell you about the scrumptious crisps, a modern version of the classic quesadilla. People rave about the buffalo chicken crisp with popcorn chicken, tomatoes, cheddar and jack cheeses topped with homemade buffalo sauce and folded and grilled in a flour tortilla. The Italian crisp has a blend of favorites like ham, genoa salami, pepperoni, tomatoes and melted provolone cheese.
They have a huge selection of wraps such as the fresh mozzarella RRP with grilled chicken breast, roasted red peppers, melted fresh mozzarella and fresh basil topped with homemade balsamic served in a fresh pita. A long list of other classic wraps like the Sorry Charlie, the Chicken Little and Earthquake will keep you coming back in an effort to try them all.
If you’re craving a steak, go for the London broil sandwich with thinly sliced marinated flank steak, grilled to order, and served on a garlic sub roll. The char-grilled Angus burgers are some of the best around with options to add chili cheese, swiss, bacon, and mushroom. They also have an amazing reputation for wings.
For the vegetarians, go straight for the savory shroom sandwich with the grilled portabella mushroom caps, balsamic sauce, sautéed green peppers and onions, and melted mozzarella served on a semolina roll.
If you’re looking for something on the lighter side, they have many salads including a refreshing chicken cobb salad with grilled chicken breast, freshly sliced avocado, crispy bacon, tomatoes, egg, and swiss.
You can order breakfast night or day. Popular menu items include an egg and cheese roll-up; breakfast crisps; feta egg and cheese tortilla; a wide assortment of omelets; and fluffy blueberry, banana and chocolate pancakes. The smoothie menu is nothing short of perfection too with fruity greats like the banana flip, the mango madness, and the berry beach party. Look out for smoothie happy hours, too!
Feeling the need for a variety of fresh and flavorful options? Or not sure what you’re in the mood for? You’ll never go wrong with the consistently great cuisine of Hansel ‘n Griddle.
