Well, suffice it to say, out of the thousands of places at the Jersey Shore that makes these, Slater’s Deli really stands out. Why? We may not have the funds in our bank account for a breakfast in France, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy one right here in the heart of Red Bank. Whipped offers a large selection of sweet and savory crepes made to order. Edie’s is one of those gems that you could consider a local hangout. There’s nothing fancy about what they do. Simply put, they know how to cook eggs the right way and make some mean breakfast sandwiches that they serve all day. 164 Rumson Road, Little Silver (732) 842-964

Toast, Asbury Park
Downtown Asbury Park has gone to the hipsters and really we couldn’t be happier because Toast is one of our favorite places to grab a delicious Jersey Shore breakfast and brunch. Try out the Huevos Rancheros or go sweet with the Red Velvet Pancakes. Toast even gives some love those who are gluten challenged with thick and fluffy gluten-free waffles. Mustache Bill’s Diner, Barnegat Light
A few years ago, Mustache Bill’s Diner in Barnegat Light was featured on Food Network’s Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives for their exceptionally well made diner basics. In a state where diners are a dime a dozen, Mustache Bill’s stands out as one of the best, featuring Jersey diner food classics in a 1960s diner feel, complete with stools and shiny stainless steel trim.
