Wear your Scarlet Knights gear that day to receive FREE Grandstand Admission. The Rutgers Marching Band, Cheer & Dance Squad, and the Scarlet Knight himself will be in attendance, plus Athletic Director Pat Hobbs. It’s sure to be a great day at Monmouth Park!
Sunday, June 12th is the 46th Annual Irish Festival! Everyone is welcome to come bring out their inner Irish! Enjoy a beautiful day of live Thoroughbred racing highlighted by Irish step dancing, crafters, food, a pipe and drum competition and the fan-favorite human horse race. Music from the Emerald Isle will be playing all day from three different stages.
Gates open early for Irish Mass at 11am, and the first race is at 12:50pm. So wear green, dust off your finest Irish brogue, and join us for a great day of fun as we celebrate everything Irish!
