This Week in Seaside Heights: Half Marathon and 5K, Lucky Leo’s Halloween, Trick-Or-Treat Street and Howl-O-Ween

Welcome to This Week in Seaside Heights!

As temperatures begin to drop (eventually), there’s still plenty of reasons to visit family-friendly Seaside Heights, just across the road from Exit 82! From fun events to delicious food and more, Seaside Heights is more than just your favorite summer beach town!

Whether you’re a runner, a pro at skee ball, or even a huge fan of Halloween, this week in Seaside Heights has something for everyone (including your furry friends!)

From fall through winter, spring to summer, it’s always a great time to visit Seaside Heights!

Seaside Heights Events for October 15th – October 22nd

October 15th – Seaside Heights Half Marathon & 5K

Spend the day running, walking, rolling, or even watching the Ocean Running Club’s BIG 40th Annual Seaside Half Marathon and 5k. Benefiting the Tri-Boro First Aid Squad of Seaside Heights, Seaside Park, and Berkeley Twp. and The ORC Scholarship Fund, this flat, fast, out-and-back course begins and ends at the Beachcomber Bar & Grill on the boardwalk.

October 17th – Lucky Leo’s Double Play Tuesdays

Make your Tuesday a lot more fun at Lucky Leo’s where you’ll get 1/2 price Wizards, Cranes, and Video Games, a free hot buffet, and an entry into grand prize giveaways (when you load a minimum $10 play card) from 4-7pm.

October 20th – Lucky Leo’s Free Video Friday Halloween Edition

Lucky Leo’s Free Video Friday is getting into the holiday spirit with a Halloween Edition to their weekly event from 6-9pm. Load a minimum $10 play card and you’ll enjoy 1/2 price cranes, free videos, free pizza, entry to giveaways, face painting, balloon animals, a costume contest, pictures with Halloween characters and a chance to me Chase from Paw Patrol!

October 22nd – Trick-Or-Treat Street & Howl-O-Ween

Halloween is for dogs and kids at this years Trick-Or-Treat Street and Howl-O-Ween event. From noon to 5pm on the boardwalk, kids and their dogs are invited to parade together in costume beginning at 1pm (registration is from 10am-12pm).

Decorate pumpkins in front of Lucky Leo’s Arcade, then Trick or Treat along the boardwalk before the Pumpkin Chunkin’ Competition on North Beach at 3pm.
