Searching for a restaurant that serves gluten free foods can be exhausting and difficult, and if you stop looking, you could be missing out on something great! Luckily for you, we’ve made it easy for you to find a Jersey Shore gluten free restaurant that tickles your fancy.

Whether you’re looking for a hearty meal or some treats to satisfy that sweet tooth of yours, we’re here to point you to these gluten free restaurants along the Jersey Shore! You’re sure to find something that will make your mouth water!

Just a note, all of these restaurants do have an extensive list of gluten free options, but some still cook with the same utensils and in the same ovens as gluten items. So to be on the safe side, we always suggest talking to your waiter to make sure that what you’re consuming is right for you.

For the ultimate breakfast or lunch of champions, Toast in Asbury Park or Red Bank is the spot. A pub might not be the first place you think of when you’re looking for gluten free dishes, but honestly, they do have quite a number of options. Drew’s Bayshore Bistro has become Monmouth County’s go to place for great food inspired by Gulf Coast and Low Country cuisines. The menu changes seasonally, but you can count on there being some gluten free options, like clams & andouille, shrimp & grits, and city jambalaya! 25 Church Street, Keyport 732-739-9219 http://drewsbayshorebistro.com/
