Most restaurants now offer healthier dining options, and we will be highlighting more of these choices in the coming months.

Klein’s Fish Market
Let’s start with breakfast! Known as the most important meal of the day, it’s key to eat high protein (especially pre/post-workout), fat for satiety and to keep you full longer, and carbs to give your body the energy it needs for the day ahead! When eating healthy, it’s important to eat good, quality ingredients for your body.
