Spring into… well, spring as we venture out of our homes and into the world to enjoy all of our favorite Jersey Shore restaurants and businesses. April brings us a month full of brand new spring dishes (check out Porcini’s below), as well as plenty of fun events, deals, and Jersey Shore Easter brunches and dinners to choose from.

We’re so happy that spring is here that we couldn’t help to make our own list of Spring things to do at the Jersey Shore. For many chefs, spring is all about new menus featuring items like fresh mushrooms, asparagus, and beautiful pea shoots. There’s also the thrill of summer just around the corner, which is why Easter is that holiday where we celebrate with food, but also with tickets (just check out Jenkinson’s below).

So, if you’re like us and already busting out the flip flops, you’ll really enjoy our ode to spring. There’s plenty of things to do and eat from now until June!

Porcini

Porcini is welcoming spring the best way they know how – with a some spring inspired dishes like their homemade Mushroom Ravioli. These ravioli are filled with Porcini mushroom blended with mascarpone and Romano cheese, and served in a Parmesan cream broth with spinach. Old Glory Kitchen + Spirits

Not in the mood for a full brunch? Why not head to Old Glory Kitchen + Spirits for a special a la carte Easter brunch from 10am – 3pm. For just $16.99 you’ll get to choose from one of their delicious brunch items like Philly Cheese Steak Omelettes and Brioche French Toast (you’ll also get a cocktail!) Rooney’s Oceanfront Restaurant

As the weather gets nicer, why not spend a day at Rooney’s Oceanfront where you can enjoy the beach (without being a little chilly!) On Easter, bring the family to enjoy an a la carte dinner menu featuring some Easter classics like roasted and stuffed leg of lamb. (Reservations recommended). The Molly Pitcher Inn

Continually voted one of the best Sunday brunches around for decades, the Easter Brunch at The Molly Pitcher is no exception. Oyster Point Hotel

Not to be outdone by its sister hotel (see above), The Oyster Point Hotel will also be hosting their brunch (11:30am and 2:30 seatings) featuring an assortment of classic breakfast items like omelettes and waffles, fruits of the sea, a seared crab cake station, peking duck station, as well as plenty of sweet treats – and so much more. When Sunday comes and you’re looking for a brunch that includes plenty of seafood items, head to Klein’s Fish Market. The Rum Runner

Spend your brunch hours enjoying all the food that The Rum Runner has to offer during their Easter Brunch.
