Downtown Manasquan’s Meet Me on Main will feature 18 local and regional artists exhibiting and selling their work throughout the event on Thursday, August 7th. Paintings, drawings, collage, mixed media and photography works will be featured along the pedestrian walkway on Main Street in downtown Manasquan from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. This portion of the event is sponsored by the Woman’s Club of Manasquan. On Sunday, August 10th at 2pm, Albert Music Hall and the Pinelands Cultural Society are throwing their very first Pineystock—a far-out, 60s-themed music show inspired by the legendary summer of ’69. It promises 3 hours of peace, pickin’ and harmonies. You might hear some Janis, CCR, and the Grateful Dead—but this isn’t just a tribute show.
