Enter for a chance to win a day at the track where you can bond with your dad over wins, losses, and delicious food. The lucky winner will receive four admission tickets (kids under 12 are free with adults) and an exclusive behind the scenes tour where you’ll get a first hand look at what goes on before, during, and after the starting gate rings.

Get the inside track, with a tour of the inside track (pun intended). Meet and greet with the trainers and horses while learning what it takes to care for a thoroughbred racehorse. (Heads up – it’s no walk in the park!) Take notes as trainers explain the ins and outs of how the horses are trained and maybe what to look for in that large program aka the race card, which includes the horse’s name, sire, weight, and number of previous performances. (We usually bet by the color, number, and name, but we would suggest you listen to the pros.)

If you’re looking for a relaxing day out, bring the family to the picnic tables where you can enjoy food, drinks, and a great view of the horses at the starting gate.

For those looking to up the ante (or bet the winner), head into the grandstand for a closer look at the action. Hang out by the winner’s circle, watch the horses and jockeys walk through the gate, or bet on some races across the country on the new HD screens.
